Shine Background Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set is part of the Shine Bright Collection by Carissa Wiley. Foil a stunning burst background of lines and sparkling accents! When foiled twice, it can fill a card front. The set of two hot foil plates and one thin metal cutting die includes the burst half plate and a plate full of six sparkling accents with its matching die. Layer the sparkling accents on the burst design or pop them out for more interest.

They are designed to be used with the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System (or other compatible hot foil system).
